The following are the terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and WallyPark Premier Airport Parking. By registering your WallyClub Frequent Parker Card on this website (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "WallyClub Frequent Parker Program Terms and Conditions") as well as the Website's more general Terms and Conditions of Use (the "General Terms and Conditions") and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to The WallyClub Frequent Parker Program.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE WALLYCLUB FREQUENT PARKER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT REGISTER YOUR WALLYCLUB CARD TO JOIN THE WALLYCLUB PROGRAM. Terms and Conditions govern solely your participation in The WallyClub Program, and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.
WallyClub Frequent Parker Program Terms & Conditions: All WallyClub points earned for paid days of parking and/or services (where applicable) accumulate and appear as a running total on each customer's receipt. Parkers earn one (1) point for each paid day of parking. It takes seven (7) points to redeem a free day of parking. Points will expire, without notice, 24 months after the member's last redemption or account activity. To redeem free days, a parker can do so through the cashier upon exit. WallyClub points are non-transferable. Lost, stolen or expired points cannot be replaced. Customers can redeem points at any time (either one at a time or all together) for free parking or additional services (where applicable). The entire program is managed online through the membership card. It's simple to manage online through our website at www.wallyclub.com where customers can update a self-managed profile by adding in a credit card, modify personal information, print off receipts for expense reports or monitor the point balance and plan for redemption. WallyPark reserves the right to modify or cancel a WallyClub Membership at any time without notice. Such modification may include, without limitation, changes in the terms and conditions of points value, our posted rates, changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of WallyClub points and the issuance of points, and changes in the terms and conditions for the redemption of points.
Corporate Account Program: In order to redeem a corporate rate, employees from our corporate account partners are responsible for tying the WallyClub Card to the approved company inside their profile. The company must be successfully selected and attached to the WallyClub card in order to be redeemed. WallyPark reserves the right to verify if customer is allowed to receive said corporate rate. If customer is not valid for a rate and fraudulently set themselves up for a rate, WallyPark reserves the right to void the WallyClub account and customer will lose all accrued points.
Privacy: By providing WallyPark your email address as part of your membership profile, you give WallyPark permission to email information such as discounts and promotions. With each offer you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future emails. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe. Or you may update your email address and personal profile here. WALLYPARK WILL NEVER SELL OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN A CUSTOMERS WALLYCLUB PROFILE TO ANYONE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
